I want to log and preferably trend an analog input data from an SLC-500 (505 processor) to a data-acquisition software/Excel. What are my options? This processor has Ethernet capabilities, but I have never used it.

As I need to log just one data, I am looking for a simple-low cost solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..

You can get the Personal version of WebDock DataPort for $80.00 US that will log 10 datapoints. You can view graphs and export your data to Excel format over the network using any web browser or the free Widget controls.

Eddie,

This software looks great, if we poll data from the SLCs, we must have RSLinx Pro version?

Do you have distributor in Malaysia?
