how to store a result that content 8digit to lower four BCD number of the result in 200(address) & upper four in 201???
result=12345678 where 1234 is upper & 5678 is lower
 
you are talking about a float data right,jayozengo? Mind me asking what make of PLC are you working on? Different PLCs have their ways of processing.
 
If you are using a double (32bit variable) maybe you just need to use a funtions like "DINT_TO_BCD" but this will depend on which PLC you are using
