Help saving and inserting ladder images or files

Hello, I'm trying to add or insert a image or file to a post however I'm having trouble as you can see in the practice area.

I'd like insert a rung or multiple rungs, and even a whole program as some questions are better asked with an example.

In the practice area I managed to attach a zip file, but when I open it I get my autocad page to open. Can someone read that post and rely if it worked for you?
I'm sure its easy as pie, but I have to be doing somthing screwy.

Any help would be great.

Ron Beaufort offered the "how to" for saving a screen shot as a picture, if you want that picture displayed then click "Display picture", upload it then copy and paste the url provided into your reply post.

If you want to upload a printed copy of the program, this allows those without RSLogix to view the program, then get something like PDF995 http://www.pdf995.com/. This allows you to make a print report and print it to a pdf file which you can then upload.
