I need to control a 0-24 vdc particle clutch using an analog out on a slc500 0-10vdc. Anyone have any ideas.

You could use a proportional controlled solid state relay that has control voltage of 0-10 vdc. You would just need to find one that has a output in your range. You could start by looking at Crydom.
