Looks fine, although I would suggest that 1GB of RAM would be better . I have two laptops, a Toshiba Tecra S1 with 500MB of RAM and an IBM R52 with 1GB of RAM. Both have similarly rated CPU's but the R52 is a LOT quicker.
I absolutely agree with Phillip, If you do any networking and try to run multiple instaces of RSL5k or RSviewME/SE in test mode both processor speed and memory will make a huge difference.
I currently have a duocore t2500 Dell latitude D820 2 ghz machine with 2 gigs of ram and I has a little trouble with 4 instances of rsl500 and RSView studio in test mode. But it is 100 times faster (not literally) than my old Dell c840.
If you plan on working on one processor or HMI/Scada at once it isn't as critical.
