Web Pages

Has any of you ever used the web pages for a SLC 5/05? What is the whole purpose of this and do any of you have any screen shots you can post? I am trying to understand this whole thing and it is blowing my mind. Thanks

You have to configure the ENET with an IP address, once configured you can type in http:// then the IP address, example: http//192.168.1.100. This will allow you to access the embedded web server pages.

In the manual it also shows how to implement your own user pages. There are pictures in the manual.

I guess what I really wanted to see if anyone every has imported their own web pages. The ones in the book are pretty blah.

I have never done it with the 5/05 but I have done it with the Controllogix EWEB. As far as is it functional or just another bell or whistle, it can be used to create a very great tool for information to management and diagnostics for maintenance

I've used the data table monitor for quick diagnostics. Nothing fancy though.
