need help in ladder diagram for timing

i need to design the PLC ladder diagram for 4-ways traffic light control. the timing for the lights are: R= red light for 30 seconds
O= orange light for 2 seconds
G= green lights for 28 seconds

If you can get to use CX Programmer for omron PLC's, That exact traffic light sequence comes with it as an example program.
