can any one give me some specification of microprocessor used in s7-200

the family and ..........

if any one has some pdf files or site

please put it.....

I don't really see the need for this question, but the S7-214 (6ES7 214-1AC01-0XB0) I opened up just now has an 80C32... and a custom IC. Looks like some programmable logic to me.

What's the purpose? Reverse engineering? Fixing a broken PLC?

Regards,

Or could jeff10 just be looking for CPU info for the S7200 family (ie 221, 222, 224, 224XP, 226 etc) and the relevant I/O capacities and communication port options......? o_O
