How to send and recieve UDT blocks??

Hi

I have to make a communication between plc (S7-300) and VHLF card - in Profibus without using a CP345-2 module. The communication have to be made using UDT blocks. Does anybody know how to exchange date between these devices?? How can i send and recieve data?? What kind of function blocks are needed?? Do I need some kind of SFC's?? Please help
