Any siemens PLC user here can advise me what is the catalog number for EEPROM 16Mbyte for Siemens PLC S7-400?

I check from the manual, is this 6ES7 952-1KS00-0AA0?

Is flash card same as eeprom? it's something like AB ControlLogix, which is using a memory card to backup the program & data? S7-400 no longer use a modular base eeprom like AB SLC 500 (1747-M13), right?

Hi,

Do I need any additional module to let the eprom to work with the S7-400 CPU? Or it's like AB SLC FlashProm, just get the EPROM & plug it into the pre-assigned slot?
