Error in Telemecanique TSX P57 102

Hi,

I've Telemecanique TSX P57 102 PLC installed...in that some times this 'I/O' Led in CPU comes in red color & at the same time the Input Modules showing 'Err' Red Led & PLC is not functioning...after sometime the error goes off automatically & the plc starts working normally...can any one tell me wat this error is & how to rectify it....
