sepro robot error code 3

hello,
I'm a student and for my final grade I have to repare a sepro robot. the only problem I have for now is that i have an error code 3 undervolt. I dont know what it means and I feel like I've searched all around the internet for solutions. I don't know if someone on here could help but it would help me alot.
