Cimplicity Histroy problem

Dear All,

I am not getting historical trends on my ciplicity project.
The points are already added in log data base table of Cimplicity. I am having Runtime license of 75 tags.
In maintenance action of log data base table I have kept 60 days for deletion of the old records.
Please suggest me the check points so that I can identify the problem.
