Problem with RSview studio

Hello

We ve got a problem
For our contract we have installed RsView Studio V3.20.00(CPR6) on a new Dell PC with XP pro SP2(complety emty).
Installation is successfull without problem
But after when we are opening RsView :
We select SE (stand alone)
Create new application i.e. (test)
We ve got this error
Impossible to create serveur IHM (0x800004002)

Is someone knows something about this trouble

Was Microsoft IIS webserver installed on the computer prior to the installation of RSView SE?

And the problem was?

Problem was the fact the Installation CD had 'RS View SE' on it.

Seems to be the universal issue in my dealings with that particular software.....
