need help about servo driver

Hi every one,

I has just bought a servo motor driver (an old one) and I don't have any manual or software of it.
It's name is HAC-EP14L30, and come from Hitachi. The serial number is NE14142.

I tried searching by google, but could not find any thing.

Does some one can help me? Thank you very much.
