Dear All,

Few months back my friend brought a Hassia Batch weigher.
Its a 3 head servo driven filler unit.As Hassia fails to perform beyond 40 drops per min with filling capacity of 200gms. we are looking forward forr a better and fast solution.
After searching all the details about the control. Hassia used Siemens S-700 with Siwerx Loadcell modules and 3 servo drives on profibus.
What i know about siwarex modules that they can do 50 sample in a second i.e @50hz they are able to scan the change in weight.
Where Omron's 3rd party module F159 is capable of doing the same @ 500hz.
Does anyone worked the similar application.Kindly give your valuable feeback.

Thanks in advance
Ashish
