We have a siemens sc-700 cpu that crashed wont get any help from mach mfg till monday. I can't find the manuel for it, what would cause it to just flash the lights on the cpu. It is in run mode, it has the correct ac volts coming in an has 24v dc coming out. We don't have the software to hook a laptop.
