I have a Siemens S5 program that I need to convert to a S7200 or S7300.
I ran it through some utility that another person with knowledge of this let me borrow. It only converted about 65% and all of it in statement list format. I want to convert it all into ladder and into a s7200 or 300.

Please help!!!

Paul,

if the conversion utility has only converted about 65% of the original program it means that the original program was very badly written or the original program was stuffed with specialities.

I have converted several old S5 programs and the conversion rate I got was about 95%. I still had to do 5% by hand, but I got real good tips from the conversion tool itself, so that wasn't a big problem either.

Kind regards,
