Non configured Profibus PA communication with S7-300

Hi,

I need to implement an acyclic communication with several Profibus PA slaves through a Siemens DP-PA Coupler. Master will probably be a SIMATIC CPU313C-2DP. Using HW-Config to configure the master and one slave I have managed to achieve communication using SFB52/SFB53 software interface.
Now my question is: is it somehow possible to achieve communication without configuring it with HW-Config? (Cyclically querying the addresses)
Or is there another way of doing this?
