I'm using a S7-300 system with ethernet to a PC with Step 7 and that's working OK.
On another PC I've got iFix 4.5 and the SL4 driver. It doesn't communicate. It transmits, but times out; no read replies.
For the Local Read Tsap I've got 01.00, for the Remote Read Tsap I've got 01.02, that's what iFix support told me to use.
I've got the correct MAC address. My ethernet hub lights blink, etc. But no read replies from the S7. I can ping it OK.
I've tried all TSAP's that I can think of. The packet driver is installed. Everything looks normal, except no data comming back.
Anyone ever used this driver with an S7 CPU and gotten it to work ?
