Stop Hunting

Hello Everybody,

I am using a CLX 5562 processor, and am trying to lower a hydraulic ram, but when I get to the bottom it starts hunting.
I have set up a Mark to Space ratio timer, to pulse the output, to reduce hunting, is this the best way

Any help would be highly appreciated.
