Micrologix 1100

There is a new firmware upgrade for the Micrologix 1100 REV 8.0

Figured I would let everybody know.

?Is there away to get AB to email firmware releases??

The "Notifications" option in "My Stuff" -> Profile in the Knowledgebase should send you new technotes and release notes.

I currently use Notifications mostly on a per-Answer basis so that when Answers that I want to know changes about are modified, I get a note.

I don't see a release note for FRN 8 on the Knowledgebase yet; maybe launches and releases don't necessarily get Knowledgebase documents.

This should help at least get a clue that there is a change.

I did not see FRN 8 in the knowledge base either. We had 6 processors fault on watchdog. So I went to look if there was an update. I was running FRN 5 at the time and it appears to be caused by heavy network traffic.
