value on timer

Hi,
I'm new on programming plc.I'm using cx programmer and i try to make a value on a simple timer line but i not find the case to set a time. Thank you to help me to this basic question
 
I don't really know what you mean but here's a couple of examples:

Here's one with the time as a constant:
