Greetings,
I have a Factory Talk View SE 5.0 project where the "Alarms and Events" options don't show up in the bottom of the RSLinx Enterprise configuration window. I have the alarm server setup in the project. I don't remember having to do anything else to get the options to show up in RSLinx Enterprise. See picture below where they are "supposed to be".
