Connecting to PLC with GSM Modem in USA

HI There,

I know that it is possible to connect to PLC for programming by GSM modem in Europe. I have however heard rumors that this does not work in the USA as of about 2 years ago due to something that has happened with the network.

Has anyone done this in the US recently, and if so what hardware did you use to do it and who was the service provider.

I used this three years before in montreal, you will need the protocol to connect your plc to the GSM via a modem cennected to your plc.

there was alist of tap protocol and providers (fido, telus..)whitch is updated

Are you still using this method? Are you able to connect to the PLC to make programming changes?
