Does anyone know of an equivalent site like this one for free pneumatics training, mainly the theory side of pneumatics.

Check out the BFPA and IFPS
There are .pdf files on pneumatics at these sites. There are also people on the BFPA that can tell you find this info in England.

The UK must have a fluid power trade show. Attend one of these.
Again, check out the BFPA for when and where these shows occur.

Do what I do first, a google search. Try "pneumatic training" you may want to limit the search to just the UK.
