1336 Drive Question

Can someone tell me if they have had any problems connecting to a 1336 force drive using the 1203-SSS converter and DriveExecutive software. I've been to the Rockwell site a number of times and verified all the settings but still can't get a connection (when I veiw in RSlynx). I can connect ok using DriveExplorer lite and the converter. Any ideas?
