1794 - Ib16 A

Hi all,

I have problem with one of our machines, the problem is I may have deffective 1794 - IB16 input module. When I insert the deffective module the red LED on 1794 ADN device net keep flashing.

My problem is I don't have spare and it will take 3 to 4 days to get in here. Is there anyone who knows any tricks for temporary solutions for this?

Do you have a programming PC connected so you can view what the error might be? What LED is flashing. Take a look at http://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/um/dnet-um004_-en-p.pdf page 14-5 (pdf page 193) (the manual covering the 1794-ADN).
