S7-300 CPU313c Flashing Led's

Hello there

I'm experiencing a problem with my CPU when I turn it on. The Simatic manager can by no means establish a connection.

The power supply is working perfectly but when looking at the status Led's on the CPU I'm noticing that they're all flashing which I've never seen before.

Note: I have been running the CPU before with no problem

Help is very much appreciated since I couldn't find anything on this matter on the Siemens support site.

Try to insert a fresh new MMC card.
Then try to download configuration and programs again.
If that doesnt help, then the CPU is most likely busted.

Doesn't this happen when you put a memory card you already used in higher number plc (f.i. a 317) in a lower number plc (f.i. 314), because the plc does not recognise some blocks (also hardware configuration).
Is it possible to clear the problem with a complete reset (switch on cpu) or only by copying a correct image to the mmc?

Maybe it is possible to clear it with a memory reset.
But a corrupted MMC card cannot be reset that way.
If the problem is still there after a memory reset, you can only know if the CPU is defective or not by replacing the MMC card with an assured good one (i.e. it works in another 313C, or it is factory fresh).
