Hi i using Kinetik 300 2097 driver control by EIP with using move absolute and incremental for motion , but i want to add same driver and motor as slave sync the motion at the same time, i check this literature pages 143, 144 https://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/um/2097-um001_-en-p.pdf not so clear for so me information , such my current mode is set to EIP mode 1

Drive Mode Sets the mode of operation for the drive
0 = Autotune
1 = EtherNet/IP External Reference
2 = Master Gearing
3= Step and Direction
4 = Analog Velocity Input
5 = Analog Current
Input6 = Indexing

is this Master is still same mode 1 = EIP and slave will be mode 2 master gearing

PLC using 2 incremental and 3 absolute

based on manual , is my main master still in same mode and my slave unit will select master gearing and wiring on page 187 ?
