Need help with SST-PFB-PLC5

I have 12 scanners(datalogic) connected in series and attached to Multiplexier(MX4000). It is then connected to Profibus scanner card(SST-PFB-PLC5).
At the moment I can only read one barcode from one scanner in the PLC5 register.
How do I set up in the processor to read from 12 scanners at one time and register it in the PLC register file.
