s7_archive attribute

Hi,

Can somebody explain how to use the attribute s7_archive.
I linked it to a process value in a function block, compiled the plc and to OS but where can I find it now, and how can I link it up to my Trend screen.

(sorry, using PCS7 V7.0 with WinCC V6.2)
