Some Informations about the WinCC API (for Runtime access), for which you in WinCC 6.x/7.x needed to buy the WinCC ODK to get the documentation, are now open available at documents for WinCC Professional. There are some special methods added in WinCC Professional, but as the Runtime of WinCC Prof. is almost the same as WinCC 7.x, it's useful:
