problem with Simatic IP262 module

We have IP262(6ES5 262 8MB12)in rack with s5-100 CPU.
from a few days there is something wrong with this module.
Status LED in IP262 flashes all time.
There are connected 3 PT100 sensors to IP262 module, last inputs are not used.
And now from a few days there are a strange values from these sensors.
Machine now no working and there must be now temperatures near 20 degrees Celsius from all sensors. But from sensor 1 there is 69 degree on coros OP15 (698 in PLC DB10 DW17) , and from sensors 2 and 3 there is overrange (there is 32767 in DB 10 DW14 and in DB10 DW20).
Using status variable function in PG I found that Error word FEHL (DB10 DW3) is:
11100000 00001000 but I don`t know what does in mean.
Control byte ANZB (DB10 DW 1) is 00000000 00000001
Operating mode word (DB10 DW 2) is 00000000 10000000 (bit 7 flases every 1 seconds).
I checked all the sensors using ohmmeter and all sensors are OK.
And what to do now?

The status LED flashing usually means a sensor error?

I connected PG and in status variable function in step5 I have found:
db15 dw 18 =0 (disable transducer monitoring for AI1)
db15 dw 19 =0 (disable transducer monitoring for AI2)
db15 dw 20 =0 (disable transducer monitoring for AI3)
db15 dw 21 =0 (disable transducer monitoring for AI4)
db15 dw17 =0 (not used any internal reference junction).

Monitoring transducers on all inputs is disabled, but LED is blinking all the time.
