Hi all. Can some help out with brief illustration of how communication is configured and established between PLC and ProTool software (CS & RT ).
One of the HMIs we use on our factory floor refused communicating with the factory Information System (InfoSys) where all recipe for different batches of operation is pulled from and could not just figure this out. My colleagues IT guys could not help out either.
