SLC5/03 Connect to Ethernet

I want to connect a SLC5/03 to an Ethernet switch, to make it possible for an HMI to read data from the 5/03. The channel 0 port is not available. Is there a way to connect to the 485 (channel 1) port, for this purpose?

• Exchange SLC5/03 CPU for SLC5/05

or

• Ethernet to DH485 gateway.
