WinCC: "OLE-Connection CSApi invalid: 1!"

After WinCC 7.0.0 upgrade to 7.0.1 the "Graphics Designer" don't open. Pop-up tells that "OLE-Connection CSApi invalid: 1!".
It gould be so that whole PC must re-install, or if somebody knows better way?
