Micrologix controller - addressing built-in I/O?

Having finished a project with DirectLogic, I now find myself thrown into the world of RSLogix 500.

The tutorials are clear about addressing points in add-on modules:

first point of input module in slot 4 would be I:4/0

However, it is not clear how to address points inside the base controller

Would the first input point be I:0/0?

For the first analog, would it be I:0.4 (addressing the word)
or I:0/64 (addressing the first point)?

If we had purchased the controller, I could test it but I'm trying to get as much done in advance as I can.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes except what would be the point of using the least significant bit of the analog reading?

Well, if we start talking about the "the point" ...

The answer could well have been something besides my two guesses.
