Good morning all. I just bought a PV550 firmware version 4.20. My problem is the one it is to replace is firmware v. 1.04. When I try to download my program to the new one, I get error 4092 "application file is for an incompatible firmware version". Is there any easy way around this? I tried to find v.1.04 firmware to downgrade to but no luck. Any help greatly appreciated ! Fred
 
If you open the program in PB32, go to Application Settings, Terminal Setup, then Catalog and Revision numbers, you should be able to change the program to FRN 4.XX.
