Thanks in advance.

I am having 1764-24AWA base unit and 1764-LRP processor. Total I/O (Both Digital and Analog) modules is 16, and 1 ethernet module (1761-NET-ENIW).

My question is how many Expansion cable, End cap and Power supply needed to complete the system. i.e., how many bank I have to select. and what are needed to complete the system..

as the total I/O module is 16, I have seperated it into two banks and need one end cap and one expansion cable. But where to add the ethernet module, will it should be added in the bank or seperate. If added in the bank, Do I have to increase the bank to 3.

The Ethernet module (1761-NET-ENIW) you refer to is a stand alone unit that connects to the serial port of the ML1500 or other Allen Bradley PLC and then onto the Ethernet.

Thanks Gil47,

So I need only one expansion cable and one end cap to complete the system along with one power supply.1769-PA2.

Thanks for the Reply.
