connection failure to OPC XML gateway.

Hi All
I have Wizcon HMI with 2000 tags connected to advosol gateway
client side that allows Wizcon as an OPC client to connect
OPC xml webservices.
The problem that i encounter is comm failure with no recovery of the gateway.sometime the gateway crashes. i reduced the tag's sample rate to 20s ec but that doesn't help.

I removed all firewall posible blockage but no use.
what else can i do?
