we are using s7-400 412 2 DP proccesor and cp module ,is it posible to connect a pc with eithernet comunication for monitor plc program (insted of MPI comunication)

If it is a CP443-1, then yes.
It is unlikely, but in case that the CP is a 6GK7443-1BX00-0XE0 then it only supports ISO and no TCP/IP. This makes it just a little bit complicated but still possible.

we are using cp-443-1 (443-iex11-oxeo), but we anable to comunicate it gives meg that you canot see program in prossesor only we can monitor prog in MAC software (we use cp for MOOG controller )
How you have to setup your PC and STEP7 may depend on how the CP443-1 is setup. There are too many possibilities to list here. Either provide some more info, or contact the person who originally setup the PLC.
