Hello there

We have an ancient omron sysmac scy-p5r installed at our plant. Problem is that it is giving a "CPU Failure" fault. I have given it multiple power cycles, am trying to write the contents of the EPROM back to the RAM which sometimes works and sometimes does not.

So anyone with any experience with this old nut?
