indirect adressing S7-200

Hello every body

I want to use indirect adressing in plc s7-200 siemens series, but I don,t know how to use it o_O
plz guide me to do it, using sample program or practical commands.

See if this helps....

Its a function I wrote to fill an area with a byte of data. If you are looking for "Bit" level indirect addressing I don't believe the S7-200 series is capable of it.
