There is no software than could do this. You can do it by yourself by examining what stl code does. But no conversion available otherwise.

This is still in Beta testing so it isn't on general released yet.

You're copy also seems to be missing the new version of the S5 -> S7 convertor that does all the bits that the old one couldn't like direct memory access stuff etc.

scl

SCL uses SCL source files. If you do not have the source project, then you can open the blocks, but it is only possible to see the code in STL. If you do not have the SCL sources, then you'll need plenty of time to analyse unsymboled and weird code !!
