S5 95u & 100u

It depends. S5-95U has in-built analog in/out and fast counter, some also have a DP-port. If you don't use them, you can swap S95U by S5-100 CPU 103, but not with S5-100U CPU 100 or 102. If you do use the in-built analog or counters or the DP-port, the only option is to replace with another S5-95U of the same type.

Why i cant swap them with CPU 100??
if this port being used (analog in/out fast counter DP-port)by 95U,
can i use any extra module with my 100U to use it instead of 95U? is there any module like that?
Do i need to change my program?

Only the 103 has got FBs with formal operands.
The 100 and 102 have also less number of timers, counters, blocks.
