about plc

Hello,

i am working with project. another company do program for my company

project.

they send me 3 plc(Micrologix1200, C series).when I test plc. out of 3 plc 2 plc POWER LED show is off.

When I talked with programmer he told me he doesn't know about this.

so please someone help me how i can fixed this problem.

A few dumb questions....

1, what supply voltages are these things rated at?
2, does your multimeter show this voltage at the supply terminals?
3, did they test the PLCs themselves?
4, are they under warranty?
5, what does the PLC supplier say?
