WinCC Flexible 2008 RT vs PLC S7 200

I am trying to make a connection b/w PLC S7 200 CPU 222 and PC, using WINCC Flexible 2008 RT via cable CP2101 cable USB/PPI.
In WINCC: I set a button to InvertBit Q0.0 when click
Connectino Menu: Communication driver: Simatic S7 200, Online ON
HMI devide: Baud rate: 9600, add: 1
Network: Profile: PPI
In PG/PC: access point of application: S7ONLINE (STEP7) PC/PPI cable
But when i run HMI program in Runtime mode: error 190011 occur: value could not be written to PLC
Can you help me to fingure out what problem may i have, and any solution if it's possible.

I have no experience with S7-200.
But your settings looks OK to me.
Try to run WinCC Flex RT on the same PC as your S7-MicroWin programming software.

I am getting 0xce error when i try to run the project. someone kindly help me. I can download programs to the plc but when i try to run a hmi project on runtime it gives me that error
