RS Logix 500 - import comments

Hey i have a costumer that have a RS logix and a program without comments.

They also have a print out of the program,
I dont have any RS logix program and wonder if it´s possible to write the i/o list in excel and then import to the program they have?

Tools/Database/ASCII Export/Import as .csv.

Yes, I would recommend that you perform an ascii export first to csv format. Then open that with excel and have a look at the format used. Then you can manually enter the text from the printout, save the file (as .csv), then re-import it back into RSLogix500.

i think it´s RSlogix 500,
Im going to take a look at this, looks like this is the solution.

I got a damage floppy from the costumer,
I did recovery 1 of 2 *.RSP file.

Can some one please check if this project file is ok?

Yes, I believe the same restrictions apply. It must be zipped first. I got your pm but the link to your file(s) generated an error...try it again, please.

RSlogix 5!!

Thanks OkiePC for your time, to bad that you dont have RSLogix 5.

Im looking for someone that have RSLogix 5 and have time to help me to check if those 2 project files is ok.
Reply and i will send a PM with a link to the files.
Going to start a new thread instead.
