Tattile M3 Smart reader for Camera system

Anyone have experience with these M3 smart readers for Tattile Camera systems ? I have a HMI interface linked to this smart reader via ethernet but It seems as if the ip config of the smart reader has changed because the HMI cannot communicate with it and saya that the IP for the device cannot be found. It looks like they use "antares explorer" software to configure but I can find a download.
